Reports purchased from WinYourRFP are licensed for internal business use by the purchasing organization only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share the contents of our reports without written permission.
Our reports are based on publicly available documents and our professional analysis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness of public records obtained or the outcome of future procurement decisions based on our analysis. Reports are provided for informational purposes and should not be considered legal or financial advice.
Single reports are delivered within 10 business days of confirmed payment. Subscription services begin on the date of first payment and renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis if a report cannot be produced due to insufficient public records availability.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding our client identities and purchase history. We will never disclose to any third party that you have purchased a report from us.
